Journey
March 2011, I went to see the exhibition Poetry of Drawing in Birmingham. I was especially looking forwards to see the pastel ‘Mnemosyne’. A
recently discovered drawing of Jane Morris by Dante Gabriel Rossetti.
In London I browsed trough the collections on Jane and William Morris in the National Portrait Gallery and the Victoria and Albert Museum. I also went to some of the houses in which Rossetti, Jane and William Morris
lived and made staged photos on location.
